What we do and what we leave alone

We furnish empty rooms and clear the clutter from rooms already in use. We work on your photograph, so the walls, the windows, the floor area and the view stay as they are. We change what sits inside the room, not the house.

Every edited image carries a “Virtually staged” label. Listing portals and the MLS require it and we do not remove it on request.

Which photos to send

The originals from your camera or phone. Bigger is better, and anything from 1,920 px on the long side gives a good result.
The whole room, shot from a corner, in whatever natural light the day gives you.
Skip photos that have been through WhatsApp, and screenshots. They arrive compressed and it shows.

Turnaround, tweaks and price

Delivered in 2 business days, with one round of tweaks included. It is $55 for up to 6 photos and $8 for each photo beyond that. If you are already having a video made with us, it is $45.
