What photos or clips work best?
High-resolution originals straight from the camera or phone, not the compressed downloads from a portal, and ideally all in the same orientation (all landscape or all vertical): a consistent set frames beautifully in both formats. 8 to 12 photos covering every room is the sweet spot. We also accept short video clips (a phone walkthrough works great) and can mix them with your photos.
How do revisions work?
A revision is a change to an existing video, text, timing, music, or colors. Pilot includes 1 round per video; Starter 2 rounds/month; Growth 4. A brand-new concept counts as a new video, not a revision, and we'll always tell you which is which before doing the work.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, your brand colors (or we'll pull them from your logo), and your target city or neighborhood. For listing showcases, send your listing photos or clips. Everything else, script, motion graphics, voice, music, is on us.
How fast will I get my videos?
Three business days across the board, from a single video to the Agency plan.
Can I cancel?

Send us the billing details before we start. ShowingReel is a Portuguese sole trader and does not charge VAT or sales tax on these services, so nothing is added to the price you see.
