Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShowingReel ("we", "us"), a video production service that creates short-form marketing videos for real estate professionals. By purchasing a plan or submitting the onboarding form, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

We produce branded short-form videos (listing showcases, market-stat explainers, neighborhood spotlights, educational tips, and testimonial cards) based on the plan you purchase and the materials you provide. Deliverables, quantities, turnaround times, and revision rounds are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. Plans, billing & cancellation

• The Pilot is a one-time purchase. Starter and Growth are monthly subscriptions billed in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial-month refunds.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. Revisions

A revision is a change to an existing video (text, timing, music, or color) within your plan's included rounds. A new concept counts as a new video, not a revision. We will tell you which is which before doing the work.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, listings, claims, and materials you provide, and for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, photos, or footage you send us.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with real estate advertising rules, fair-housing laws, MLS rules, and your brokerage's requirements. You must review each video before publishing it.
• You are responsible for posting and distributing the videos on your own channels.

5. Ownership

Upon your full payment for a video, we hereby assign to you all right, title, and interest we hold in the final delivered video, and you may use it for your marketing. Final videos may incorporate AI-generated elements (voice, imagery, music) that may not be independently protectable by copyright; we assign whatever rights we hold in the deliverable. We retain the right to display finished work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Underlying tools, templates, and production systems remain ours.

6. Use of AI tools

Videos are produced using professional AI tools (voice, motion graphics, imagery) and reviewed by a person before delivery. Market figures are sourced from public listing/market reports; we do not fabricate property or market data.

7. What we don't do

We do not provide on-location filming or drone footage, videos over 90 seconds, management of your social accounts, or paid-ad management.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, missed sales, or indirect damages.
